TAZO BRINGS YOU MOCKTAIL
Liven up the party with this berry tea recipe, infused with TAZO Juniper Mint Honey, a stylish drink to impress your friends
INGREDIENTS
Whipped Cream**
10 Bags of TAZO Juniper Mint Honey tea
1 bottle whipped cream
1 Cup powdered sugar
Meringue**
10 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup water
3 lemons zest only
Jam**
10 pounds peaches, blanched and peeled
2 quarts granulated sugar
3 each lemons
Tea sugar**
2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup tea
Berries:
1 package fresh blueberries
1 package fresh blackberries
PREPARE THE ETON MESS
Directions for Jam: Pit peaches and combine in a sauce pot with sugar and lemon juice. Cook for about an hour.
Directions for Tea Sugar: Grind together (mortar and pestle) or a vitamix or a coffee grinder
Layer jam, whipped cream, berries and meringue in glass. Top with tea sugar.
